粉蓝玫瑰奶油蛋糕

  • 蓝莓粉20克
  • 抹茶粉5克

Steps to make 粉蓝玫瑰奶油蛋糕

  • 1.巧克力戚风蛋糕剖成两片备用
  • 2.淡奶油和白糖倒入盆中
  • 3.打发
  • 4.打至9分发适合裱花
  • 5.裱花台上放上一片蛋糕片
  • 6.抹上奶油夹心
  • 7.盖上另外一片蛋糕
  • 8.开始抹面
  • 9.奶油中加入蓝莓粉调成粉蓝色奶油
  • 10.用小号星星花嘴裱出蛋糕侧面和上下围边
  • 11.裱好
  • 12.再用小号直玫瑰花嘴裱几朵玫瑰花放在蛋糕面上
  • 13.再裱一朵大一点的玫瑰花放中间顶部
  • 14.另取少许奶油加入抹茶粉调成淡绿色
  • 15.用中号叶子嘴拉几片树叶
  • 16.完工了
