酸奶可可蛋糕
利用宝宝喝剩下的酸奶做的一款蛋糕,味道又酸又甜还有可可的香味。

  • 糖粉70g
  • 酸奶100ml
  • 面粉80g
  • 可可粉20g
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 葡萄干30g

Steps to make 酸奶可可蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋、糖粉和色拉油一起加入容器中。
  • 2.用打蛋器打匀。
  • 3.再加入酸奶。
  • 4.打匀。
  • 5.将面粉、可可粉和泡打粉混合过筛筛入蛋液中。
  • 6.用刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 7.再撒入葡萄干拌匀。
  • 8.模具抹上一层黄油再撒上一层面粉。
  • 9.到诶蛋糕液8分满。
  • 10.烤箱180度预热。
  • 11.放入模具,中下层烤30至35分钟即可。
  • 12.成品图。
