  • 6.取出面团至案板上,使劲揉面,揉至光滑无气孔;取一块面团搓成长条;
  • 7.切成剂子,大小根据自己喜欢;
  • 8.擀成皮,像擀饺子皮一样,5张斜铺在一起;
  • 9.把5张皮卷起来;
  • 10.从中间切开;
  • 11.把面团竖起来,整理一下花瓣,就是一朵玫瑰花;
  • 12.面团下面垫上玉米皮,放入蒸锅中,再醒发10分钟;
  • 13.醒发后,小火上锅,开锅后转中火,蒸15分钟即可。
