  • 1.全部原料
  • 2.蛋黄用料酒泡半个小时 然后放锅里蒸10分钟拿出来晾凉
  • 3.转化糖浆 玉米油 枧水 搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入低粉搅拌
  • 5.搅拌好的面团放保鲜袋里醒一个小时
  • 6.蒸好的蛋黄 醒好的面
  • 7.面团均匀分成二十份 莲蓉分成二十份
  • 8.分好的莲蓉捏成饼子放入蛋黄收口团圆
  • 9.面皮按同样的方法小心包裹住馅料 圆形的其实不方便放入磨具的揉成圆柱比较好放
  • 10.模具里抖上面粉放入饼胚
  • 11.放入烤箱的 180°上下火烤五分钟定型 刷上蛋黄液烤10分钟
  • 12.一共做了两种花型,考好的 月饼放在保鲜袋回油24小时。 好吃呢 不腻不油
