Steps to make 无油咖喱烤鸡腿

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.小鸡腿洗干净,加入姜丝,现磨黑胡椒拌均匀。
  • 3.加入盐,生抽拌均匀。
  • 4.咖喱块放入微波炉,加热至融化取出。
  • 5.咖喱加入鸡腿里。
  • 6.用手抓均匀。
  • 7.放入冰箱冷藏3小时,中间翻动几次。
  • 8.面粉和生粉加适量水,调成一碗稠稠的面糊。
  • 9.取一个飞天腿,在面糊里滚一圈,挂一层浆。
  • 10.再放到面包糠里滚一圈。
  • 11.把做好的鸡腿,放在盘里。
  • 12.放入微波炉,先盖上一个盘子(忘记拍照了)。
  • 13.高火5分钟。
  • 14.鸡腿翻转一面,取下盖的盘子,再高火5分钟即可。
