Steps to make 香草粗糖曲奇

  • 1.原料准备:低筋面粉100g,黄油70g,糖粉30g,香草精1.25ml,盐1g,粗砂糖20g
  • 2.低筋面粉先加入盆中,然后加入糖粉,盐,香草精。
  • 3.黄油拿出来自然软化
  • 4.黄油切成小块备用
  • 5.黄油加入面粉中
  • 6.用手不停的揉抓面团,使黄油跟面粉完全融合
  • 7.面团完全融合,表面摸着有点湿润就可以停止了
  • 8.揉好的面团用手揉成一个3cm左右的圆柱形长条
  • 9.案板上撒上粗糖,将揉好的长条面团,放在糖上滚滚,使面团表面均匀的沾满粗砂糖
  • 10.沾满粗砂糖的面团用保鲜膜包裹起来,然后放入冰箱冷冻室,冻一个小时左右
  • 11.将冻硬的面团取出来,稍微放置一会,然后用刀切成1cm的圆片
  • 12.切好的圆片均匀的码放在烤盘上
  • 13.可以进烤箱啦。温度170℃,放置在中层,上下火,10分钟左右,表面开始变金黄色就表示好了
