Steps to make 手撕包菜

  • 1.包菜半棵。
  • 2.姜蒜、干辣椒切成粒,包菜用手去茎撕成小块,洗净沥水。

  • 4.倒入包菜和干辣椒,炒至微微发软。
  • 5.调入生抽、香醋,放少许盐翻炒均匀。
