  • 鸡精1匙
  • 料酒100ml
  • 干锅料4匙

Steps to make 海鲜大杂烩

  • 1.将配菜洋葱,土豆,莴笋切条。土豆莴笋过油锅炸一遍放入少许食盐入味。捞出备用。
  • 2.将皮皮虾,龙虾尾,章鱼足,焯水加入少量料酒和盐姜片,去腥味。捞出备用。
  • 3.将花甲鹌鹑蛋煮熟捞出,鹌鹑蛋去壳备用。
  • 4.将蟹加入鸡蛋液和面粉搅拌,放入少许食盐入味。将蟹和皮皮虾放入油锅炸至金黄捞出。
  • 5.锅底烧油,放入干锅料以及姜蒜,翻炒出味,放入所有海鲜,翻炒加糖,鸡精,盐,生抽,耗油,孜然,花椒等调料翻炒,最后加入土豆莴笋和洋葱。
  • 6.翻炒均匀受热,起锅放入芝麻和葱花。
