Steps to make 家庭版炸鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅洗净。
  • 2.冷水下锅,煮3分钟至六分熟,放进冷水中浸泡。

  • 4.鸡翅用盐、料酒、生抽、白糖、胡椒粉、花椒、姜片、干辣椒腌制4小时。

  • 8.再在面包糠中两面裹匀,尽量厚一些。
  • 9.全部裹好后放盘中备用。
  • 10.平底锅放多些油,筷子放进去有小泡即可进行炸制。
  • 11.中小火炸制两面金黄即可,高温复炸更加酥脆。
  • 12.捞出沥干油份(用吸油纸更好),趁热吃哦!
