  • 紫薯泥50g
  • 165g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 细砂糖16g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油20g
  • 2g

Steps to make 紫薯奶香吐司

  • 1.把紫薯蒸熟压成泥状备用
  • 2.酵母用量杯量出更方便
  • 3.把所有材料都称进面包机桶内(除了黄油)
  • 4.启动和面程序两次10分钟
  • 5.加入黄油,继续揉面
  • 6.面团裹圆
  • 7.放在料理盆里常温发酵
  • 8.发到1.5倍大
  • 9.分成3等份,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 10.取一个松弛好的面团,擀开边上的气泡拍掉,翻面,自上往下卷起
  • 11.盖保保鲜膜醒发20分钟左右
  • 12.再次擀开,翻面,自上往下卷起
  • 13.卷好的面团码在模具内
  • 14.放进烤箱发酵至8—9分满,手指粘面粉在面团上轻摁表面可缓慢回弹
  • 15.发至8分满
  • 16.放入预热好的烤箱,下层,上火150度下火170度,烘烤35分钟,顶部上色要及时盖锡纸
