  • 1.原料:甜红椒2个,百里香1把,迷迭香两支,蒜4瓣,橄榄油少量,盐少量,黑胡椒少量,
  • 2.切掉红椒根部,挖空内籽,填满百里香、迷迭香、蒜瓣
  • 3.倒扣在烤盘中,刷橄榄油在表面,撒盐在表面
  • 4.280度烤20分钟(红椒顶部有点焦黑)
  • 5.放凉去皮
  • 6.把红椒内心的香料也取出,红椒放入干净罐中,再放入新鲜的百里香、迷迭香、蒜头瓣、盐、胡椒、橄榄油。放入冰箱24小时后食用。
