剁椒炒鸡丁
炒鸡丁是我比较喜欢的一道菜,嫩嫩的口感,一点不塞牙哈哈!要想炒好鸡丁必须先将鸡丁上浆再煸炒,这样才会嫩,上浆时一定要上手抓,不要用筷子随便搅拌搅拌。今天我用自制的剁椒酱炒的鸡丁,不但吃起来好吃,看着红红的也比较诱人,很有食欲!米饭杀手!对减肥不利嘿嘿!

  • 鸡胸肉400g
  • 彩椒150g
  • 生抽15ml
  • 葱姜20g
  • 淀粉10g
  • 剁椒酱25g
  • 九三玉米胚芽油20ml
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 剁椒炒鸡丁

  • 1.准备好食材:鸡胸肉、彩椒、葱姜、鸡蛋、淀粉、生抽、剁椒、九三玉米胚芽油。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切丁、葱姜切碎、彩椒切丁备用。
  • 3.鸡丁用淀粉、蛋清、生抽抓匀上浆。
  • 4.炒锅烧热加入九三玉米胚芽油,油热后加入浆好的鸡丁翻炒。
  • 5.鸡丁翻炒到都变色发白就行了盛出备用。
  • 6.原锅加少许玉米胚芽油下入葱姜爆香
  • 7.然后加入两大勺剁椒煸炒
  • 8.煸出红油后下入鸡丁翻炒几下
  • 9.然后加入彩椒丁翻炒均匀
  • 10.加入适量生抽
  • 11.翻炒均匀即可关火出锅。
