  • 1.安全起见,大肉蟹用热水冲晕,刷洗干净。
  • 2.先把蟹钳剁下来,把蟹盖掀开,去蟹腮蟹胃等,把蟹脚也剁下来。。
  • 3.蟹钳蟹脚用锤子或刀背锤裂,蟹身剁4-6小块。
  • 4.姜切片,葱切段。
  • 5.热油锅,把姜爆香。
  • 6.放入蟹大火炒几下。
  • 7.倒入小半碗水(也可以高汤)炒。
  • 8.炒至蟹变色,放少许盐调味。(海蟹带咸味,盐要少放。)
  • 9.放入葱段。
  • 10.翻炒均匀即可。
