Steps to make 家常烧茄子------好吃不油腻

  • 1.原料:红椒、绿椒、茄子、洋葱、蒜瓣。
  • 2.茄子切2厘米见方的块,红、绿椒去籽切块,洋葱切碎末,蒜用刀拍成碎末。
  • 3.盛蒜的碗中,加入盐、生抽、蚝油、淀粉、清水和成调料汁备用。
  • 4.开火,锅中倒入油,下入洋葱,炒香,洋葱末成黄色并散发出香味。
  • 5.加入茄子块,翻炒,多炒一会儿,让茄子块吸收锅内油及洋葱的香味。
  • 6.加入刚刚没过茄子的清水。
  • 7.撒上花椒粉,用锅铲翻匀,加盖焖一会儿。
  • 8.茄子九成熟时,锅内的水已减少了一部分,加入红、绿椒块,翻炒均匀。
  • 9.当彩椒块刚刚断生时,顺锅边加入调料汁,大火,快速翻炒,让汤汁均匀的裹在茄子上。
  • 10.关火,盛盘。
