Steps to make 枣馍馍

  • 1.面粉加入温水融化的酵母和成柔软的面团饧发约40分钟,发好的面团揉匀排气。松弛10分钟。
  • 2.分成从大到小的六个面剂子。六个面剂子一个比一个大一点,不要一样大。
  • 3.每个面剂子擀成半厘米后的圆饼。
  • 4.先取一张最大的面饼,把洗干净的红枣在面饼上排满。
  • 5.盖上一张第二大的面饼。
  • 6.在摆上红枣。以此类推,6层都摆好。
  • 7.最后一个用一个大红枣压顶。
  • 8.入蒸锅饧发20分钟,盖好,20分钟后起火烧开锅,蒸20分钟即可。
