椰香戚风蛋糕(17cm中空模)
在家闲着没事,就做了一个中空戚风蛋糕,
觉得小巧的蛋糕,就是特别可爱,
假如一家三口的话,这个量也正好,
一直以来,都很喜欢小巧的东东,
人家都说我长不大,像孩子一样,
这都是因为我的外表,个子不高啦,嘻嘻,
其实我是一个特别强大女汉子型的,哈哈,
可做起蛋糕,我还是很温柔的。。。

  • 蛋黄3个
  • 玉米油30克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 低筋面粉63克
  • 椰蓉7克
  • 蛋白3个
  • 玉米淀粉5克
  • 少许
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 柠檬汁数滴

Steps to make 椰香戚风蛋糕(17cm中空模)

  • 1.将蛋黄和蛋白分离;
  • 2.蛋黄中加入玉米油,搅拌均匀;
  • 3.加入牛奶,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀至光滑无颗粒;
  • 5.加入椰蓉,搅拌均匀,备用;
  • 6.蛋白中加入少许盐和柠檬汁;
  • 7.分三次加入事先混合好的玉米淀粉的糖,低速打发至湿性偏干状态;
  • 8.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀;
  • 9.然后倒回剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀;
  • 10.将面糊倒入模具中,震出气泡,烤箱预热160度,放入模具后,温度调至140度,烤45分钟;
  • 11.出炉后倒扣放凉。
