草鱼丸
自己在家做鱼丸,一是用料放心,二是可以随自己的口味进行调味,不用担心过多的添加剂。
草鱼肉厚刺少,而且营养价值高,更是市场上常见的淡水鱼。今天我就做一道草鱼丸,简单的调料,清清爽爽的。剔肉剩下的鱼头鱼骨鱼皮可以一锅炖,味道也是香香的。

  • 白胡椒粉3克
  • 香菜一棵
  • 3克
  • 白糖10克
  • 淀粉20克

Steps to make 草鱼丸

  • 1.草鱼一条,去鳞去腮去内脏,清洗干净
  • 2.去头去尾
  • 3.将鱼身两侧的肉沿着鱼骨切下来
  • 4.去掉鱼皮和紧帖鱼皮的红肉
  • 5.切成大块,清洗一下,入破壁调理杯中,加适量清水
  • 6.启动程序,调整速度,将鱼肉打成鱼肉糜
  • 7.取一块沙布,将鱼肉糜入内,将多余的水挤出
  • 8.鲜姜磨成姜末,香菜切碎末,根据口味加入盐、白糖、白胡椒粉少量淀粉;
  • 9.用手抓住鱼肉糜,反复摔打,上劲儿
  • 10.锅中放水,大火烧开,取适量的鱼肉糜在手上,左右手反复倒几下,成一个结实的鱼丸
  • 11.入锅中,煮熟
  • 12.鱼丸和鱼汤盛入碗中,鱼丸汤做好啦
  • 13.清爽清淡有营养
