  • 红薯200g
  • 淡奶油30ml
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 奶油芝士30g

Steps to make 红薯挞

  • 1.红薯洗净切段蒸熟。
  • 2.取了两块红薯大约200克左右,趁热加白砂糖,淡奶油和奶油芝士。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.准备挞胚,预热烤箱210度。
  • 5.装好裱花袋。
  • 6.裱花袋最好放一个深点的瓶子里。
  • 7.将红薯泥装入裱花袋中。
  • 8.将红薯泥挤入挞皮中,挤八分满。
  • 9.再换一个裱花嘴。
  • 10.再挤上花型。
  • 11.放入烤箱烤15到20分钟,待不烫手后脱模即可。
