Steps to make Causeway Roast [Original Flavor Diary]

  • 1. Add eggs, fine sugar, and salt to a bowl and stir well.
  • 2. Add milk, honey, and corn oil and stir well.
  • 3. Sieve in low gluten flour, baking powder, and matcha powder, and stir until there are no particles.
  • 4. Wrap the mixed batter in cling film and let it stand for half an hour.
  • 5. Preheat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of batter, and fry over low heat.
  • 6. There are many small bubbles on the surface of the dough.
  • 7. Flip over and fry the other side for about 30 seconds before removing.
  • 8. Put the fried cake on the drying rack and let it cool. Take a piece of cake, put a proper amount of Red bean soup in the middle, and clip another piece of cake.
