蔓越莓饼干
蔓越莓干富含令肌肤美丽健康的维生素C,用低筋面粉做主料,又将蔓越莓、奶粉、鸡蛋加以糅合,香气四溢。口感酸酸甜甜。
看了许多食谱,觉得分量少了点,所以我把所有材料都*2了,做出来也是不错的哦。

  • 鸡蛋30ml
  • 细砂糖115g
  • 面粉230g
  • 黄油150g
  • 蔓越莓干60g

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化后,加入细砂糖,减半均匀,不用打发。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蔓越莓干(事先要把蔓越莓干切小一点),搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌均匀后,整形成长方形面团,放入冰箱冷藏约1个小时左右,取出。
  • 6.取出冻硬的面团后,用刀切成厚约0.7CM的片。切好后放入烤盘。再放进已经预热好的烤箱,165度22分钟(可根据片的厚薄,适当调整烤的时间)。
  • 7.好了,大功告成!
