【菠萝果冻】用白凉粉轻松制
白凉粉是个很简单易操作的存在,不必像鱼胶粉担心有腥味,质感也比琼脂做的更软嫩。
酸甜可口,Q冻嫩滑,纯正天然,不输市售果冻。
【准备材料:菠萝1个,盐两勺,细砂糖80克(或冰糖40克),盐3克,清水550毫升,白凉粉30克】
【所需工具:炉灶,煮锅,水果刀,果冻模具】

Steps to make 【菠萝果冻】用白凉粉轻松制

  • 1.已去皮去叶处理好的菠萝,横切成均匀的薄片。盐2勺加水混合溶解,将菠萝片充分盖没浸泡约30分钟。
  • 2.浸泡好的菠萝片,取出淋冷开水冲去除多余咸味和生水。用刀切成小碎丁约300克
  • 3.细砂糖80克,盐3克,清水500毫升。倒入煮锅内(可以用冰糖40克替代白糖,喜欢甜的再多加一些糖)
  • 4.放置炉灶上开中火,用筷子搅动使糖完全溶化后,倒入菠萝丁,开中小火,待沸腾后再煮10分钟。
  • 5.白凉粉30克,加入清水50克
  • 6.混合搅拌均匀成米汤色
  • 7.倒入即将煮好的菠萝锅内,搅拌均匀,待再次沸腾后关火。
  • 8.倒入果冻模具中,放凉后入冰箱约2小时至完全凝固即可。
  • 9.这样做出来的果冻里果粒比较多,如果喜欢冻多的话可以相应减少菠萝块,或者增加水和凉粉用量。
