奇异果奶油蛋糕
在水果店看到奇异果非常的新鲜,买了一箱回家,准备给儿子做个蛋糕,郊游的时候用上了,小朋友很开心。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 淡奶油350克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 植物油45克

Steps to make 奇异果奶油蛋糕

  • 1.3个鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分开,放在无油无水的容器里
  • 2.59克牛奶和45克植物油倒入蛋黄中,备用
  • 3.蛋清加入少许柠檬汁(没有可以不用)打到可以拉起小弯钩的时候分次加入60克细砂糖,打到蛋白霜细腻,能拉起小弯钩
  • 4.搅拌均匀蛋黄糊后,筛入50克低筋面粉,翻拌均匀
  • 5.蛋黄糊中加入三分之一的蛋白霜,翻拌均匀,再加入剩下的蛋白霜,翻拌均匀
  • 6.倒入6寸的磨具,烤箱预热好,160度50分钟,根据自己烤箱的脾气定时间吧
  • 7.烤好后倒扣放凉
  • 8.把蛋糕均匀的分成三等份
  • 9.打发350克淡奶油,把一个奇异果切成小丁
  • 10.一片蛋糕片,摸上奶油,放上奇异果丁,注意,奇异果丁不要把外面铺满,不然放上第二片蛋糕片的时候,水果丁会被挤出来
  • 11.把蛋糕周围都抹上奶油
  • 12.把另一个奇异果切成片,铺在蛋糕上,周围用裱花嘴表上话,顶端用草莓装饰一下,漂亮的蛋糕就做好啦!切开,慢慢享用吧!!!
