法式红酒鹅肝
去日本料理店吃这道菜的时候总是给很小的一片,价格却很贵,觉得吃的不过瘾,还是自己动手吧,配上红酒,感受下来自法国的大餐,舌尖上的顶级享受,真真入口即化,回味无穷,这是两次做的成品照,分别用了蓝莓酱和草莓酱做料汁,各人认为差别不大,亲们也可以尝试下,很不错的,比料理店的鹅肝还要有层次感,因为一般情况下,日料里的酱汁比较单一。

Steps to make 法式红酒鹅肝

  • 1.鹅肝切片,大约8毫米厚
  • 2.用红酒和黑胡椒,盐腌制一下
  • 3.腌制大概10分钟,两面沾上淀粉
  • 4.平底锅放油,煎鹅肝,全程保持小火,不断的翻面,以免糊了
  • 5.另起锅,放少许油,放一勺蓝莓酱
  • 6.放红酒
  • 7.放一勺蜂蜜
  • 8.放胡椒粉和黑胡椒,熬至浓稠
  • 9.浇到鹅肝上即可,鹅肝外皮酥脆,里面香软,好吃极了,配上自己酿制的红酒,感觉好极了,今年的红酒颜色很漂亮呢
