    • 1.主料:鲅鱼
    • 2.鲅鱼去头、去掉肚里的东西洗净,斜刀片成片,放入黄酒喂半个小时以上
    • 3.五香粉、白糖、老抽放入碗里调成汁。
    • 4.锅里放油,烧至七成热时放入鲅鱼片炸至金黄色时捞出,放入汁里用筷翻滚使鱼吸收汁后,取出装盘。
    • 5.鱼凉了以后就可以上餐桌。
