秘制黑椒叉烧肉

  • 猪肉里脊肉1条
  • 黑胡椒烤肉酱1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 洋葱1个
  • 黑胡椒粉1勺

Steps to make 秘制黑椒叉烧肉

  • 1.准备猪肉里脊去除外面膜
  • 2.调黑椒汁:分别是一勺料酒-蚝油-生抽-老抽-黑胡椒烧烤汁
  • 3.把肉把放进调好的黑椒汁里腌制,用手按压
  • 4.为了使肉更加的入味用牙签扎点小孔
  • 5.把生姜葱蒜片放进肉里腌制加少许一点盐
  • 6.准备一个干净的食品保鲜袋把肉和酱汁装在一起放冰箱腌制24小时
  • 7.腌制好的肉拿出来切开
  • 8.锅里加少许的油把肉放进去涮点腌肉的酱汁和蜂蜜
  • 9.加少许的十三香粉提香,这时肉里的水渐渐的被煎出来(锅里的酱汁留下最后浇汁)
  • 10.最后一步就是把焖好的肉再次下锅稍微的煎下表皮使肉质紧缩一下(晚上做的厨房灯光有点暗看不清)
  • 11.做好后的肉质紧缩可以切盘
  • 12.肉冷却以后切称薄片
  • 13.装盘时浇点前面煎肉时留的黑椒汤汁,撒点葱丝辣椒芝麻点缀一下
