Steps to make 蒸鱼糕鱼

  • 1.鱼糕切成片后摆放盘中蒸热;
  • 2.烧锅开水,加入少许盐和油, 下入青豆、玉米粒和红萝卜进去焯煮一下;
  • 3. 热锅凉油, 放入泡过水的虾仁煸炒;
  • 4. 煸炒几下后加入肉末煸炒;
  • 5.肉末煸炒变色后加入适量的料酒和生抽继续煸炒;

  • 7.加入盐和胡椒粉调味;
  • 8. 再加入适量的水淀粉勾芡;
  • 9. 将煮好的肉末三丁浇淋在蒸好的鱼糕上面,
