广式清蒸鸡
想吃肉,来份清蒸鸡吧,鸡肉经过蒸制,肉质更加鲜嫩,口感更好哦~

  • 红枣数粒
  • 当归2片
  • 党参2条
  • 鸡精2小匙
  • 橄榄油1汤匙
  • 鸡汁2汤匙
  • 酱油1汤匙

Steps to make 广式清蒸鸡

  • 1.食材准备,土鸡一只洗净,红枣洗净,当归和党参用清水冲洗一下沥干水分
  • 2.加入2小匙鸡精,抹在鸡身上,并稍稍按摩几下使其腌制入味
  • 3.然后淋上鸡汁,尽量每个部位都抹上鸡汁,并稍作按摩使其入味
  • 4.鸡嘴塞一颗红枣(也可不塞哈)
  • 5.将党参和一片当归塞到鸡肚子里面
  • 6.倒入红枣
  • 7.淋上橄榄油
  • 8.淋上1汤匙酱油,可以使鸡肉颜色更好看
  • 9.将一片当归撕成几块,撒在鸡身旁边
  • 10.将鸡连盆放入烧开水的锅中,大火烧开上汽后继续蒸7、8分钟左右即可(我用的是高压锅,蒸的时间比较短,如果用蒸锅的话,则蒸的时间在15分钟左右)
  • 11.蒸好后开锅取出(开锅的时候注意蒸汽,以免烫伤)
  • 12.切块装盘食用
  • 13.鸡肉很鲜很嫩哈~ 色泽也很有食欲
