鲜淮山红薯糖水
淮山含有蛋白质、维生素、淀粉、钙磷等人体必需的营养素,有健脾益胃、助消化的功效,一般我们用来做菜或者煲汤时加进去,其实还有一种吃法,那就是用来做糖水。这款糖水除了淮山,还有红薯和雪耳。红薯有益气生津、润肠通便的作用,雪耳有养胃、清肺的作用。三种材料一起煮糖水,有助消化、提振食欲的功效。

  • 鲜淮山100g
  • 红薯100g
  • 2片
  • 冰糖20g
  • 4碗

Steps to make 鲜淮山红薯糖水

  • 1.淮山和红薯都去皮,切成块状。(淮山去皮时最好戴手套,防止手痒)
  • 2.雪耳提前几个小时浸泡,去蒂,切成小块
  • 3.雪耳、淮山和红薯都放进锅里,加入水
  • 4.加入姜片
  • 5.盖上锅盖,大火烧开后,转小火煮30分钟。(中途要搅拌一下,防止粘锅底)
  • 6.在最后5分钟加入冰糖
  • 7.煮溶化即可
