    Steps to make 香菇煮腊肉

    • 1.备材料,香菇预先泡透,烟熏腊肉切件
    • 2.热一瓦煲,下油爆香蒜头
    • 3.下泡透的香菇炒一会
    • 4.下所有调味料、与适量的水
    • 5.大火烧沸水后,转小火,待香菇煮了40分钟左右,下切件的烟熏腊肉
    • 6.在烟熏腊肉煮至软熟,下大白菜
    • 7.待大白菜熟后撒葱即可关火食用
