这个时候开海了,正是梭子蟹大量上市的时候,在天津卫有句俗话“借钱吃海货,不算不会过”所以这是一道这个季节当季的美味。在我们这里一般海螃蟹都是清蒸的,最传统的原汁原味的吃法,前提是食材必须新鲜。

    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.海螃蟹冲洗干净。
    • 3.剪去橡皮筋(一定洗干净再剪皮筋,否则清洗的时候,活海蟹的蟹钳夹手很痛的)。
    • 4.蒸锅里放水,倒入料酒去腥。
    • 5.将海螃蟹蟹壳朝下放锅里,放花椒蒸制。
    • 6.将螃蟹蒸熟即可。
    • 7.准备好姜蒜末。
    • 8.倒入醋,做好蘸料。蒸熟的海螃蟹蘸醋蒜食用。
    • 9.清蒸海螃蟹。
