网上风迷一时的整只番茄饭
喜欢美食,更爱做美食,在做美食的过程中,最喜欢的是按自己的想法及家人的口味去尝试,偶儿看到自己喜欢的美食就会找机会去试验,更多的时候不会按别人的做法去试验,因为我知道,别人喜欢的口味,家里人并不一定喜欢,所以在我的美食道路上没有正宗与否,因为自己非专业,也没有想着那一天要走向正宗,我下厨的想法很简单,给家人做上人们喜欢的可口饭菜。

今天这个饭是去年某天看朋友做过,另外同事也有天带公司来吃,聊天聊着说这是网上非常火的一道美食,对于一个吃货来讲,浑然不知道,可见对网络有多么不关注。在聊天的过程中大概知道这个饭最重要点就是放整个翻茄进去一起煮,至于再加什么食材这就完全凭自己的喜欢去操作,昨天参加完活动回家,不想去买菜,翻也冰箱现有食材就来了这么一道创艺饭。

Steps to make 网上风迷一时的整只番茄饭

  • 1.准备好所需的食材
  • 2.大米用清水洗净后,放入电饭煲中
  • 3.腊肠用温水冲洗,切小丁、蘑菇用清水洗干净后和腊肠一起放入大米中,加入盐和黑胡椒粉,用筷子搅拌一下
  • 4.将洗将干净的番茄去掉底部芯后放在大米正中间
  • 5.接电饭煲电源,选择正常煮饭模式
  • 6.等电饭煲指示停跳至保湿状态于,过10分钟左右关掉电源,再焖3~5分钟,打开电饭煲锅盖,用筷子夹掉番茄外皮,滴几滴香油、撒上少许黑芝麻,用勺子拌均匀即可出锅
