大阪烧一直都炒鸡爱吃~自己做的话也挺方便,今天就来试一试~

Steps to make 大阪烧

  • 1.食材准备丘比沙拉酱,大阪烧酱汁。
  • 2.食材准备木鱼花。
  • 3.食材准备大阪烧粉。
  • 4.圆白菜和胡萝卜切细丝备用。
  • 5.食材准备培根,鸡蛋,海苔,海苔剪成细丝备用。
  • 6.培根切成段备用。
  • 7.水和大阪烧粉体积大概二比一的样子,用搅拌棒搅拌均匀,调成比较粘稠的糊即可。
  • 8.在面糊中,放入适量圆白菜和胡萝卜,加入一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀即可。
  • 9.锅中放入少许油,热一下。
  • 10.将面糊倒入锅中,整理下周边形状,不要压面饼。
  • 11.将培根均匀的铺在面饼上,中火煎3分钟,然后翻过来再剪3分钟,再翻过来煎一下即可。
  • 12.在大阪烧表面均匀的涂上大阪烧酱汁,然后挤上沙拉酱。
  • 13.在表面撒上一些海苔丝。
  • 14.再撒上一些木鱼花,就大功告成啦~
