藏红花虾仁炒饭
我是个非常喜欢食疗的人,所以,总是会把各种食材和药材一起配伍做成美食,这样一来,在家人享受了美食的同时,也调养了身体,很好~

因为这段时间气色不是很好,皮肤暗淡了些,我就回店里拿了些藏红花,泡了杯水,又另外泡一份,用来炒饭~

一直都很喜欢这味药材,因为它特别适合我们女人;每当我气色差了,或者例假不正常了,我就喝点红花水,效果是很显著的~

至于藏红花,我简单的介绍下它的功效哈:

中医说法:活血祛瘀更通络,逐瘀化痛还通经,凉血解毒又养血

西方说法:治疗头痛、牙痛、利尿、养神、美容、壮阳、解毒、降压、活血

  • 1.藏红花用水泡好备用冷水或者热水都可以约30ML
  • 2.鸡蛋加少许的水打散
  • 3.虾仁剥壳去泥,肉,洋葱,青椒,胡萝卜,切粒
  • 4.米饭,其实炒饭用过夜的冷饭最好炒,我是新煮的,需要提前拿出来纳凉
  • 5.炒饭的米饭最好用冷饭,好炒我是新煮的,所以需要纳凉一下
  • 6.锅里放入少量的黄油,火不要太大,黄油火大了容易焦
  • 7.锅里放少许的黄油,温度不要太高
  • 8.倒入虾仁略微炒到半熟,倒出来备用
