椰香烤肉
这是一款很家常的西式菜品,稍作改动,在原料里加入了椰蓉,有股浓浓的椰香,也减少了几分油腻。

  • 鹌鹑蛋200克
  • 椰茸80克
  • 洋葱1个
  • 香芹80克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 生姜1小块

Steps to make 椰香烤肉

  • 1.烤肉的配料:椰茸,洋葱,香芹,熟鹌鹑蛋。
  • 2.洋葱、香芹、姜切碎放入绞肉中,加入2个鸡蛋和适量的盐搅拌上劲。
  • 3.然后加入番茄酱和椰蓉拌匀。
  • 4.把肉馅在烤盘里捏成长条。
  • 5.在中间放入一排去壳的熟鹌鹑蛋。
  • 6.再用肉馅盖住。
  • 7.表面刷一下蛋液,入烤箱200℃烤35分钟左右。
  • 8.表皮发黄拿出。
  • 9.烤好切片,搭配盐水烫熟的菜心装盘。
  • 10.可以再挤点番茄沙司,撒少许椰蓉,椰香更浓。
