  • 1.鸡胸肉切小丁,加一勺料酒,一勺生抽,一勺淀粉搅拌均匀,腌制一会儿
  • 2.黄瓜,胡萝卜切小丁备用
  • 3.葱姜蒜切沫,干红辣椒切段
  • 4.小碗放入两勺生抽,两勺料酒,一勺醋,一勺糖,两勺淀粉,适量香油,适量清水调匀
  • 5.锅中放入适量植物油,炸花生米
  • 6.花生米炸熟盛出待用
  • 7.用锅中底油炒熟胡萝卜
  • 8.把胡萝卜炒出红汤盛出待用
  • 9.锅中放入适量植物油,放入鸡丁炒至变色
  • 10.把鸡丁盛出待用
  • 11.用锅中底油爆香葱姜蒜辣椒
  • 12.放入一勺郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油
  • 13.放入黄瓜丁胡萝卜丁翻炒片刻
  • 14.放入鸡丁花生米
  • 15.紧接着放入小碗中的调料大火烧开
  • 16.翻炒均匀即可关火出锅
