黑糖巧克力面包

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 可可粉10克
  • 黑糖30克
  • 3克
  • 干酵母3克
  • 牛奶110克
  • 70克
  • 黄油15克
  • 巧克力适量(夹心)

Steps to make 黑糖巧克力面包

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油软化。
  • 2.面团材料除黄油,盐之外全部放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.揉成团后加入黄油和盐继续揉。
  • 4.揉出相对薄的膜即可!滚圆进行基础发酵!
  • 5.面团分割成8份,滚圆松弛10分钟。
  • 6.面团擀开成椭圆形,翻面,放入适量巧克力豆。
  • 7.从侧面卷起,收紧封口。
  • 8.弯成u字型!放入烤盘中,用剪刀剪出来缺口!进行二次发酵!
  • 9.发酵成2倍大,表面撒高粉。
  • 10.烤箱中层,180度,烘烤15分钟。中途加盖锡纸,否则表面颜色过深!
  • 11.出炉脱模放凉即可!
