搞怪逗趣【万圣节挤挤小面包】
万圣节正迈着魔步向我们一步步得走来,大家都开动搞怪脑筋玩起来了。
在这万圣狂欢的时间里,我就做个搞怪逗趣网红挤挤小面包,给生活增加些乐趣

  • 细砂糖30g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 酵母4g
  • 黄油35g
  • 黑可可粉3至4g
  • 黄金芝士粉3至4g

Steps to make 搞怪逗趣【万圣节挤挤小面包】

  • 1.除黄油外所有材料按照先液体后粉类秩序放入面包机桶内
  • 2.选择和面程序和面20分钟
  • 3.加入黄油
  • 4.继续选择和面程序20分钟
  • 5.继续选择和面程序20分钟
  • 6.然后面团均分为两份,一份什么都不用加,另外一份再均分成两个小面团,一个加入黄金芝士粉成黄色面团;另外一份加入黑可可粉成黑色面团
  • 7.把面团放容器中,盖保鲜膜在温暖湿润处进行基础发酵
  • 8.发酵至约两倍大,手指沾粉戳洞不回弹不塌陷即发酵完成
  • 9.将白色和黑色面团留一小块做耳朵;再将白色面团均分8份,黄、黑两个小面团各均分4份,滚圆松弛10分钟
  • 10.松弛完毕,颜色搭配好,排入20X20cm的8寸方模中
  • 11.放温暖湿润处进行最后发酵,发酵到两倍左右;发酵快完成时将小耳朵装上去
  • 12.发酵完毕,将面包送入预热170度烤箱,中下层上下火烤25分钟左右,面包全程盖锡纸,防止面团上色
  • 13.烤好后立即脱模,取出面包,放在晾网上晾凉
  • 14.待面包散热后,用融化的黑白巧克力分别放入裱花袋中,剪个小口,然后就发挥自己的想像力进行装饰吧。。。
