奶奶做的汤圆,皮薄大馅。小时候看着汤圆在奶奶手中缓缓成型,变成了圆滚滚的球形,已经让我肚子的馋虫蠕动起来了,一口下去杂着香气甜腻到肚子里。

Steps to make 猪猪小汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉中加入热开水180g揉和成光滑的面团,取出3分之一的面团加入红曲粉。
  • 2.白色的面团和红色的面团揉和放置于硅胶垫中。
  • 3.白色的面团平均分成20g的小剂子。
  • 4.小剂子在掌心中压扁后加入5g的豆沙馅料,然后包好封口搓圆。
  • 5.红曲粉面团捏出一小块,用手捏成小圆椭型面团,捏好的小圆椭型用牙签戳出猪鼻子的两个小孔。
  • 6.做猪耳朵同样捏出小圆椭型面团,用牙签在小圆椭型面团中划开做出猪的两个耳朵。
  • 7.组装啰,把猪鼻子沾点点水紧贴到汤圆中央,同样猪耳朵也沾上水紧贴在汤圆的上方。
  • 8.黑芝麻点在耳朵的下方,一颗猪仔汤圆就做好了。
  • 9.牛奶煮沸后放入猪仔汤圆,汤圆浮上水面即可盛出食用。
