Steps to make 肉桂苹果麦芬

  • 1.苹果切丁,加糖30g,中火煮到苹果丁出水。
  • 2.苹果丁出水后,加入柠檬汁和肉桂粉,继续中火煮,把苹果丁煮软,水分收干。
  • 3.期间可以把低筋面粉,盐,泡打粉混合备用。
  • 4.煮软的苹果丁如图。
  • 5.黄油室温软化,加糖60g打发到体积蓬松颜色发白。分3次加入打散的鸡蛋液,每一次加入鸡蛋液完全混合后才可加入下一次,避免水油分离。
  • 6.筛入步骤3中混合好的粉类。
  • 7.拌匀后,加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 8.加入一半量煮软的苹果丁,拌匀。
  • 9.分装入纸托里。
  • 10.表面用剩余苹果丁铺好,撒上适量椰蓉。
  • 11.170度中层25分钟即可。
