脆卟卟----豆沙菊花酥

Steps to make 脆卟卟----豆沙菊花酥

  • 1.先制作油酥部分,低筋面粉和白猪油混合,搓成油酥团备用
  • 2.再来制作油皮部分,低筋面粉和色拉油,火龙果汁放一起搅拌匀,揉成光滑的面团
  • 3.静置半小时
  • 4.将油皮分成20g 的小面团,油酥分成10g 的小团,搓圆
  • 5.将油皮擀成像饺子皮一样的圆片,油酥放在上面,再包好擀成长条形卷起
  • 6.卷好后盖上保鲜膜,静置10分钟
  • 7.再将长条擀开成长形状再卷起,总共重复三次,每次都需要静置十分钟
  • 8.然后将面团擀成圆形包入豆沙馅
  • 9.全部包好后开始制作花型,光面向上,先均匀分成4瓣,然后再从4瓣中对分切开,总共是8瓣,将切角扭转即可
  • 10.在上面刷一点蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火165度,烤30分钟
