Steps to make 胡萝卜鸡蛋馅汤圆

  • 1.胡萝卜切丁备用。
  • 2.半包榨菜咸菜切丁拌入胡萝卜丁内。
  • 3.两个鸡蛋炒碎。
  • 4.四个干木耳泡发后切碎放入。
  • 5.加入香油,味精,蚝油,少许盐把馅料拌匀。
  • 6.盆内放入250克糯米粉。
  • 7.倒入适量温水把糯米粉活一下。
  • 8.拿一块已经成块面团的放入锅内煮透。
  • 9.把已经煮过的小块面团趁热和到之前的粉团里。
  • 10.稍微凉一下后活成光滑的面团。
  • 11.糯米团分成若干小份擀圆,包入之前拌匀的馅料。
  • 12.包好的样子,有个小尾巴的哈哈。
