Steps to make 腊肉蒸黄鱼

  • 1.将黄花鱼去鳞,清除内脏,洗干净。
  • 2.提前蒸好的腊肉切片。
  • 3.鱼两侧斜划两三刀,用葱姜、料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 4.盘子里铺葱段、姜片,把腌好的鱼放在上边,鱼腹中塞2个葱段、姜片,几片腊肉,不成型的都塞到肚子里。
  • 5.鱼身上放腊肉、葱段。
  • 6.锅中添水,水开后放入黄花鱼,大火蒸8~10分钟,关火焖两三分钟。
  • 7.将蒸鱼的水分倒掉,在鱼身上淋2勺酱油,开吃。
  • 8.鱼鲜嫩,肉鲜香,美味。
