    Steps to make 孜然羊肉

    • 1.羊肉2cm见方的小块。
    • 2.放料酒、酱油、盐、蛋清腌制2小时左右入味。
    • 3.腌好后放入生粉。
    • 4.将生粉同羊肉抓匀。
    • 5.放入孜然、辣椒面。
    • 6.电饼铛烧热放少许油,下入羊肉煎制。
    • 7.将羊肉煎的基本没有水份了,再撒上孜然、芝麻煎出孜然的香味出锅。
