  • 猪肉馅30g
  • 鸡胸肉200g
  • 芦笋50g
  • 仙贝2个
  • 洋葱50g
  • 鸡蛋1/2颗

  • 香草液1/2茶匙
  • 黑胡椒粉1茶匙
  • 番茄酱2汤匙
  • 泰式辣椒酱2汤匙
  • 1/2茶匙

Steps to make 法式仙贝鸡排

  • 1.起锅干煸猪肉馅
  • 2.仙贝对剖后下锅拌炒,再入芦笋丁、洋葱丁下锅拌炒
  • 3.加入1/2茶匙香草液、1汤匙酒、1茶匙黑胡椒粉、1/2茶匙盐调味,离火后再入适量奶酪丝拌匀
  • 4.鸡胸肉用肉垂拍松后均匀裹上面粉备用
  • 5.将炒料、适量起司丝铺在鸡排上卷起封口
  • 6.用1/2蛋液和均酥炸粉后均匀裹附在鸡排上,再将外表沾裹面包粉
  • 7.鸡排以160度油温油炸至表面金黄
  • 8.酱汁:取2汤匙番茄酱和匀2汤匙泰式甜辣酱调和即可
