Steps to make 剁辣椒

  • 1.准备食材,辣椒300g左右,蒜头一个,姜一小块;
  • 2.将辣椒洗干净后,用盐水泡半小时左右;
  • 3.将洗好的辣椒,放在厨房纸巾把水份擦干,或者放在太阳底下晒干;
  • 4.这是准备好的辣椒,姜,蒜,一定要注意食材和容器上不要沾水和油.
  • 5.开始剁辣椒拉,记得一定要戴一次性手套,不然辣的手痛喔,还有姜蒜也切小小的;
  • 6.加适量盐到切好的食材中;
  • 7.:用筷子把盐、姜、蒜、辣椒拌匀;
  • 8.装进事先准备好的无水能密封的窗口里,倒上高度白酒,能稍盖住辣椒即可
  • 9.好了,密封放入冰箱,三五天就可以吃拉~~
