  • 1.春笋去笋衣洗干净。
  • 2.小白菜摘洗干净,备好猪肚丸。
  • 3.春笋切成滚刀块。
  • 4.煮锅加水烧开,春笋入锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 5.猪肚丸放入电饭煲,加适量水。
  • 6.放入葱姜。
  • 7.电饭煲内胆放入电饭煲,盖上盖,通电煲。
  • 8.开锅后将春笋入锅同煲。
  • 9.煲至食材熟断电,加盐、白胡椒粉。
  • 10.加枸杞关火。
  • 11.放入小白菜。
  • 12.搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
