  • 蔓越莓干35g(切碎)

Steps to make 粒粒香脆蔓越莓

  • 1.准备好原料,黄油提前室温软化
  • 2.黄油软化后,加入糖份
  • 3.搅拌均匀,不需要打发
  • 4.加入1大勺鸡蛋液
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入切碎后的蔓越莓
  • 7.倒入低粉
  • 8.搅拌均匀几乎没有干粉
  • 9.用手揉成面团
  • 10.准备好长方体模具,铺上保鲜膜 (这个模具是自制的)
  • 11.把面团塞进模具,压平 (没有模具的用手把面团整形成长方体)
  • 12.盖上保鲜膜,盖上盖子,送进冰箱冷冻至少一小时,直至面团变硬
  • 13.面团冻硬后取出,撕开保鲜膜 (此时可预热烤箱,160°,10分钟)
  • 14.用锋利的刀把面团现切成长片,再切成长条,最后切成1cm*1cm大小的小面粒
  • 15.在铺好油纸的烤盘上排队,放入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火16°,15分钟左右
  • 16.直至表面上色边金黄即可出炉
