糖醋排骨

  • 酱油1.5汤匙生抽,0.5汤匙老抽
  • 白糖3汤匙

Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨焯水。
  • 2.砂锅煮开水,放入排骨,加入葱和姜片,盖上盖子,中小火煮半小时。
  • 3.调好料汁备着:1汤匙料酒,2汤匙酱油(1.5生抽、0.5老抽,)3汤匙白糖,4汤匙醋,5汤匙清水,盐少许。
  • 4.排骨捞出沥干水,骨汤可用至其它。
  • 5.锅中热少许油,放入姜片蒜粒,炒香。
  • 6.放入排骨炒几下。
  • 7.倒入料汁。
  • 8.翻煮均匀,最后加少许醋,放点芶芡水即可。出锅撒上熟白芝麻和葱花。
