  • 韩式泡菜1包
  • 年糕1包
  • 午餐肉200g
  • 鱼饼200g
  • 芝士丸200g
  • 豆腐一块
  • 金针菇100g
  • 小南瓜一个
  • 香菇4个
  • 大葱1根
  • 芝士片2片
  • 蟹棒150g
  • 脆皮肠150g
  • 韩式辣酱5勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 大蒜一瓣
  • 高汤2L

Steps to make 高汤芝士部队火锅

  • 1. 准备好所用的材料。
  • 2.把辛拉面的调料包倒出来,加入切末的大蒜,再加入其他酱料,拌匀备用。
  • 3. 锅底先铺入一层大葱和泡菜。
  • 4.将材料切好错开放入锅里,倒入调好的酱汁。
  • 5.在中间放上面饼,加入高汤盖过所有材料,开启中火加热。
  • 6.煮开后再继续煮3-4分钟,表面放入芝士片,美味的火锅就做好了,开动吧!
