    Steps to make 麻香萝卜丝

    • 1.原料:小萝卜,姜,干辣椒,花椒,芝麻。
    • 2.萝卜洗净切成丝状,切好后放入干净的容易里冰镇一会儿;姜切丝;辣椒切小段备用。
    • 3.热锅凉油,加入姜丝,辣椒,花椒,炒香。
    • 4.去掉油渣,只留下花椒油。
    • 5.生芝麻炒熟,一次可以多做一些,炒熟的芝麻可以放干净的密封容器里保存,吃的时候随时可取,方便一些。
    • 6.冰镇过的萝卜如果有水,就把水分倒出来。弄好的萝卜丝放入盘里,淋入花椒油。
    • 7.加入醋。陈醋,白醋,米醋,果醋,都可以,每一种醋各有不同的味道。白醋清淡一些,陈醋浓香一些,果醋的酸酸甜甜。根据个人口味随意放吧。
    • 8.如果不喜欢萝卜本身的辣味,可以加点白糖提辣香,就没有辣味了。
    • 9.最后加入蒸鱼鼓油,撒一些熟芝麻,适量盐搅拌好即可。
